Thank you for the great information you share. I’m studying to be a Pastor. One of the books that is a requirement in my class is (this one) 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. John Maxwell is an outstanding author who shares a lot of great information to his readers (in all of his books, actually). Currently I’m searching the net to find other “interpretations” of these laws to combine them all together. This way I can learn how to be a successful leader. I recommend this book to everyone who plays a role in leadership. Thank you again,

I ran into the 21 laws here from another link. It helped identify several areas about leadership I did not consider. I just ordered the book and look forward to get more insight on these areas. Thanks for the write up!

Hey Gregg,

It’s a great book and an easy read. It’s filled with great stories and anecdotes, (some of them very famous) that really illustrate how leadership works.

The 48 Laws of Power is a big book. I’ve flipped through it, and it came across as using more adversarial methods of leadership … leading through power and force does work … but only for a while. It’s a difficult way to lead that’s always ripe for revolution.
