Tactics 2 and 8 are really good. And like I said, these are not things that are taught in silly seminars. These are real things that are practiced by some  successful friends of mine who invest in property.

The biggest key is getting your 1%. Very difficult to find in this high-priced market, but not impossible with some heavy pavement pounding.</description>

Glad you liked it. I think if you don't find the right property and get your 1% it's a quick get-poor scheme. It's never about forcing the right deal, it's about finding it or finding the opportunity to create it.</description>
